Excellent Was looked after form start to finish. Dawn was fantastic. I have brought from DFS befor 14 years ago and would not go anywhere else for a sofa. Great customer service and lovely friendly staff. Thank you Dawn Ross from Stirling store for looking after us.

Never use this company again ordered 2x2 seater sofas from Stirling and recieve a phone call to say my order would be delivered on 24/11/17 so after clearing my living room the delivery van brings 2 tables then DFS informed me that the sofas would not be delivered until January. Then told the manager would be in touch but when I phoned back Stirling they told me the manager isn’t in today so buyer beware stay clear
