Nice large store with a very good selection of car repair parts, more than I have seen in other Halfords stores. Also has the usual extensive selection of bikes!

Once again horrendous service the manager is a total disgrace, condescending, abrupt and rude. We will now take our complaint to the regional office. Again please take our advice go to reduce a bike!!!!!! Even more unhappy if that is possible!!!!!!

We bought a bike for our eight year old grandson in mid July so he could have a lot of fun with his friends during the summer holidays. Within twenty minutes of leaving the shop, the bike check basically involved the seat being lowered, the peddle fell off. I managed to get it back on but within a couple of hours it was off again and no amount of manipulation could get it back on. The next day we travelled back to the shop from Bridge of Allan and it was eventually reattached. I was assured all was well with the bike. We had to return the next day to have the handle bars repaired we were again assured all was well with the bike. Now the brakes are locked and we will have to return tomorrow the day before we go on holiday. Three trips and a grand total of three days when a young boy could enjoy his bike!!!!!! Never mind the risk and health and safety issues!!! When we called the assistant was not interested in the least. Take our advice go to recyke a bike in Causewayhead!!! Very unhappy customers.
