Appalling from start to end. 20 minutes to get my order together, then the food was cold. Here's 2 words you never want to hear in connection with "freshly prepared" food - brown lettuce.

Kids behind the counter were too busy chatting to each other to listen and get the order right.No hot drinks available,no courtesy or discount offered in lieu..tiny portions,inconsistent with BK.young lad staff dropped chips and never replaced them,burger slung together.had to go back to get toy for kids meal..staff never put it in.served up 'sit in' tray when I requested 'take out'.by the time the order was handed over correctly it was cold!..the young staff had poor manners,too busy talking to each other....very bad service..AVOID! Not a quality experience at all.
